Structural steel is a category of steel, the most versatile and flexible building material obtainable in different shapes and sizes used for forming construction materials. It is mainly classified according to their chemical composition. Each shape has its unique structure in addition to the ways that it is utilized.
It includes a broad variety of low carbon and manganese steels. These are used in great numbers by engineers to build massive skyscrapers and also for normal construction. These are generally manufactured in Beam, Flat, Angle, Bars, and Channel shapes.
